Single rooms have microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. Rates include telephone, cable tv, vehicle plug in and weekly maid service. Just bring your suitcase!
Terms:

- Laundry Self Service for guests only, $1.25 each-wash/dry
- ALL SMOKING MUST BE DONE OUT OF DOORS AND AT LEAST 15 FEET AWAY FROM
THE OUTSIDE DOORS. A $150 cleaning fee WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY SMOKING IN
THE ROOMS PLUS THE GUEST WILL BE ADDED TO A "DO NOT RENT" LIST
- WE REQUIRE PICTURE ID AND A CREDIT CARD ON DEPOSIT EVEN THOUGH
THE RENT IS PAID BY CASH OR CHECK TO PROTECT FROM DAMAGE OR THEFT
Our facility is a "homey" place located by a water body known as the Badger Slough. This slough is not "standing water", but a moving stream alive with wildlife. Fishing is "catch and release only."
Moose frequently are seen grazing on vegetation in the bottom of the channel. Many picture perfect opportunities! Ducks with babies are prevalent and other water birds are present. Occasionally an eagle may light in the trees (or scare the ducks!).
We have eight rooms available as follows:
- Five units with two rooms, two queen size beds & twin, a full kitchen and full bath
- One room is an efficiency (kitchen on the side) with full size bed
- Two rooms have two twin beds with shower or full bath (summer)
- Two rooms have 1 Queen bed with shower or full bath (winter)
- All rooms have refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot
- Additionally all rooms have cable TV and a private phone number
- Local calls are free, Long distance calls must use calling card
- Wireless Internet
- An outside barbeque or picnic facility is available for guests
- We require parents to be constantly aware of activities by children
- WE DO NOT TOLERATE:
- EXCESSIVE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL
- USE OF ILLEGAL DRUGS
- UNREASONABLE DISRUPTION OF OTHER GUESTS
For guests staying seven days or longer, (with a discounted rate) receive maid service weekly. We do, however,
provide clean towels, toilet paper, soap or emergencies on reasonable request.
We are located a short distance from North Pole City Limits where there are multiple opportunities to get something to eat. We are
one mile from the city center and approximately 13 miles from Fairbanks,
13 miles from Eielson AFB and 20 miles from Fairbanks International Airport.
